Hello EHS FH Coaches.

A couple of things this morning:

01 Varsity needs to collect uniforms Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday this week (I am out of town on Thursday and Friday). So far, it looks like the best day for varsity to meet after school to collect uniforms is Tuesday 11/3.

QUESTION: Can any of you attend a Tuesday after school meeting OR can you request that JV players who still owe you uniforms and uniform pieces (shin guards, stick and any gloves they borrowed) give those items to a varsity player in a bag labeled with their name OR drop off the bag in N6 themselves on Tuesday?

02 The Tuesday Varsity meeting will also be used to determine possible dates for FH party… identify who wants to create the FH V and JV post-season video for the party… remind Captains that they have to create paper plate awards for the party… varsity player vote on end-of-year Booster Club Awards… talk about potential post-season training and playing opportunities… announce all county awards

03 I am completing the varsity FH end-of-season documentation for the Athletic Office. I will send my completed version to Maddy so that she can duplicate whatever info she can to her JV report. In my paper work, I will provide just one sample of a FH player tip sheet (with a note stating that all player tip sheets will be completed in time to be handed out at the FH party in December)

04 Once end-of-season paper work is handed in, we can schedule a post-season closeout meeting with JR. If possible, I think it might be helpful for all four of us to meet with JR together.

05 We will also need to work on cleaning out and reorganizing our FH storage space under the stadium. I would like the four of us to work on that together as well. If possible, I would like to get this done before Thanksgiving.
