Hello EHS and EIMS FH Players!
We are looking forward to seeing all of you again this summer!
Every Tu/Th (starting on 6/30), we will be at EHS baseball turf 7:30-10am for conditioning, skills training and scrimmaging, and then indoors for strength training 10-11:30am.
These will be very important workouts for anyone who plans to play EHS FH this fall. Please join us whenever you are in town and available this summer!
REMEMBER: Our mandatory daily preseason practices begin on Mon 8/24 (time TBD).

BEFORE WE BEGIN OUR REGULAR Tu/Th SUMMER WORKOUTS:
JOIN US FOR A FUN FH FRIENDS FIELD DAY TUES 6/30
We need to find 5-6 new FH players for this fall. We would like these players to be entering 8th, 9th or 10th grade this fall.
Part of our initiative to find new players is to have a fun FH Friends Field Day out on the EHS baseball turf.
We would like all returning EHS and EIMS players to attend this event AND to bring one non-FH friend with you.
There is no obligation for your friend to continue with FH after attending this event (though we hope a handful might be interested).
The objective of this event is to have your friend meet our team and coaches to see if it is a group they may want to join.
The Field Day will focus on fun non-FH games that are low-pressure and will not make anyone feel uncomfortable (e.g., water balloons, beach ball games and team relays).
WHAT TO COMMUNICATE TO ANY FRIENDS THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO JOIN YOU ON TUESDAY MORNING 6/30 AT EHS
EVENT: Fun FH Friends Field Day
LOCATION: EHS baseball turf field
WHAT TO EXPECT:
8:30-10am We will be meeting new friends and playing fun non-FH field day games (water ballons, beach ball games, group relays, and much more). No experience necessary. No equipment needed. Just a willingness to have fun with a great group of people!
10am We go indoors to cool down
10:30-11:15am We play a few more games indoors while enjoying breakfast pizza and donuts for all!
WHAT TO BRING: Water bottle (and it’s a good idea to wear sunscreen)
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE: Any EHS or EIMS girl entering grades 6-12 this Fall
COST: FREE!
TIME TO ARRIVE:
OPTION 1: PRE-FIELD DAY EVENT
7:15am for anyone who wants to participate in a fun introduction to FH skills 7:30-8:20am (we will have plenty of FH sticks and balls you can borrow!). The pre-event is OPTIONAL. No pressure whatsoever to attend the pre-event.
OPTION 2: FH FRIENDS FIELD DAY
8:15am for anyone who wants to participate ONLY in the non-FH field day activities 8:30-11:20am
PICK-UP: Plan pick-up in the EHS parking lot near the stadium gates betwen 11:30-11:45am
WHO WILL BE IN CHARGE: This event will be managed by 3 experienced certified EHS field coaches (Coach Fischer, Coach Cooper and Coach Posella). CLICK HERE to learn more about these coaches.
