Fall 2025 EHS FH Parent Post-Season Survey
Thank you FH parents! We greatly appreciated your daughter’s participation in our EHS FH program this Fall. We hope the experience was positive for your daughter and for you. Our coaching staff is always looking for ways to improve upon our EHS FH program to ensure it delivers a positive, safe and inclusive environment in which our players can learn and grow. Your feedback is greatly valued. That is why we are offering the simple survey below to give you the opportunity to let us know what we are doing well, what needs improvement, and what might be nice to add to what we are doing.
We are looking primarily for feedback on your parent experience. However, this survey can also be used to share comments on other aspects of our program. All we ask is that you keep your comments constructive. Our entire coaching staff will review any comments we receive, and consider them as we plan for our off-season FH activities and also the high school season next Fall.
