Things to communicate and/or find out at 3/3 coaches meeting:
PLEASE do not mention to JR or anyone else that we are not 100% sure that Hannah will be able to come back to coach this Fall.
PLEASE do not mention anything to JR or anyone else that I am contemplating retirement if Hannah comes back this Fall.
All of this is still up in the air. I will do whatever is best for the program this Fall. I will happily continue to coach… OR step back, if that seems appropriate. We will get this all figured out by May 1. Then we can fill in the Athletic Dept.

If JR asks, let him know that you are confident we will have at least 15 players for ModFH
You can tell JR that we have 13 EIMS 7th & 8th graders participating on Sundays and we think most of them will register for ModFH (AND we are asking each of them to find one more friend to play)
You can tell JR that we also have six EIMS 6th graders participating on Sundays AND 19 participants in grades 3-4-5 for our “Learn-To-Play” FH Clinics on Sundays

Find out if Maddy and Kaliess can get school district emails

Find out if Booster Club is proceeding with the Flower Sale… have any other teams signed up?

Try to find out from Jen or JR how registrations are going for other girls modified teams (softball, flag football, track). We are just curious how ModFH compares with registrations for other Spring modified programs. (If you can, write down registration #s for other teams so that you can share with me.)

If you have the opportunity, try to find out if JR has any updates on the construction schedule for the new stadium turf this spring. We are trying to determine how likely it will be that work on the stadium will impact ModFH (since the last game is scheduled for May 29 — AWAY at Penfield)
