Laurelton-Pardee School Gymnasium (enter at the school’s south entrance that is adjacent to the sledding hills… there will be a FH sign on the door)
TIME:
11:30am-1pm (arrive 11:15-11:25; arrange pick-up by 1:15)
WHO CAN ATTEND:
EIMS girls in grades 6-7-8 and EHS girls in grades 9-12

This is a FREE program brought to you by the Eastridge and EIMS field hockey coaches.
Sign up for as many — or as few — dates as you like (though we hope you will join us for all dates you will be in town and available).
This is a fun, no-pressure opportunity to learn & play field hockey in a supportive and welcoming environment!
NEW PLAYERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND: This program is designed to welcome new participants who are interested in learning more about field hockey (FH). Our more experienced FH players and high school coaches are kind & very capable in teaching FH skills to new players! We will happily teach you everything you need to know to play FH!! (You will be amazed at how fast you can learn this awesome sport.)
No experience necessary.
We can provide equipment.
Coaches will group players into scrimmage teams based on their experience and abilities.
Our goal is to provide lots of fun field hockey (FH) playing time for everyone.
WEAR COMFORTABLE WORKOUT CLOTHES
BRING A FH STICK and SHIN GUARDS (OR we have plenty of extras you can borrow)
BRING A WATER BOTTLE
YOU MUST WEAR SNEAKERS
MOUTH GUARD IS MANDATORY (we can provide a mouth guard)
GOGGLES ARE OPTIONAL (we have extras)

No experience necessary. We will be happy to teach you how to play. You will be amazed at how fast you learn!
Equipment provided. To play field hockey, you need a stick, goggles (optional), shin guards (mandatory) and a mouth guard (mandatory). If needed, we can give you a mouth guard and you can borrow the rest.
It is FUN! We keep the atmosphere low-key and friendly. We enjoy music while we play. High school Varsity and JV coaches are in charge and officiate the “coached” games. Everyone learns and improves at their own pace.
EIMS players - It is a great way to get ready for your spring EIMS modified FH season (which begins Mon 3/23)!
High school players - It is a great way to improve your conditioning and stick work!
