5pm scrimmage canceled due to West irondequoit not having enough players cleared to play on Friday 4/10.
WE HAVE REPLACED THE SCRIMMAGE WITH:
4:30-6:30 MANDATORY practice at EHS stadium. This replaces the scrimmage. Most important, we will be combining with West Irondequoit modFH players for this practice.
AFTER SCHOOL OPTIONS FOR PLAYERS
PLAYER AFTER SCHOOL OPTION 1:
Players have the option to go home after school and then get dropped off — in practice clothes — at EHS stadium by 4:10. PLEASE dress for the weather!
PLAYER AFTER SCHOOL OPTION 2:
Players who do not have the option to go home after school, should change into their practice clothes after school. Players should then meet at the FH table in EIMS cafeteria & take team shuttle to EHS. PLEASE dress for the weather!
A coach will meet players and take them to a homework room at EHS.
Players should bring a healthy snack and beverage that they can have in the homework room.
The team will go out to EHS stadium at 4:05.
TIMING OF EVENTS AT EHS STADIUM
4:15 Team sets up field for the practice
4:30 West Irondequoit players arrive and we begin practice
5:30-6 Informal full field scrimmage with combined teams. This will be an instructional scrimmage with a certified FH official. Coaches will be on the turf to provide instruction to the players.
6-6:15 Post scrimmage team stretch and team talk
6:15-6:30 Players depart turf. Plan parent pickup between 6:30-6:45 near stadium gates.
